There’s a lot of truth to the claims, but if the company is trying to sell pills, powders, or supplements, then there’s a chance the grain of truth has been exaggerated – at least in terms of what that particular product can offer. Do some pills offer great benefits? Yes, but many contain only a tiny amount of their active ingredient, so you’re paying for filling and sugar coating, not real berry. With that said, if you can source the real thing, rather than a powder, it’s definitely worth a try. After all, who wouldn’t want to eat something so healthy that tastes so good?
