What Matters?
Serving Our Community!

United Way does this in the following ways:
Helping Kids Succeed
United Way agencies and volunteers are dedicated to helping children develop skills and build positive relationships so they can reach their full potential. Your United Way dollars help provide counseling, youth development programs, drug education and treatment, crisis and abuse intervention, emergency card and housing, camps, in school and after school programs.

Assisting People In Crisis
Individuals in our community continue to be affected by the need for food, shelter, and safety. The United Way of Palo Pinto County is committed to providing the basic resources to move forward and stabilize their lives. Some of the services provided include emergency shelter, clothing, utility assistance, home delivered meals, groceries, counseling and therapy.

Building and Supporting Families
Families should provide a nurturing, safe and productive environment for children. The United Way provides the building blocks for families so they can stabilize their lives. All individuals need to have access to basic necessities and the United Way makes available to allow them to move forward with their lives by supplying resources.

Our mission is to provide leadership and support to identify community needs and leverage resources to
create measurable, positive and lasting change in people’s lives throughout Palo Pinto County.
